Device Overview

The AllDieselBench Piezo Tester is a multifunctional device developed for working with Bosch, Siemens-VDO-Continental and Denso piezoelectric injectors.

Device Features

Precise adjustment of the required clearance during VDO injector assembly without the need for any additional equipment;
Measurement of insulation resistance at voltages up to 1000 V;
Measurement of piezo stack resistance and capacitance using AC voltage, in accordance with piezo injector manufacturer requirements, as well as on a pre-charged piezo stack at 20–130 V;
Operation with three 18650-type rechargeable batteries. This allows injectors to be tested without removing them from the vehicle and without requiring a 220 V mains connection;
Graphical display of changes in piezo stack electrical resistance over time;
Generation of resistance and capacitance measurement graphs for the piezo stack at different applied voltages;
When used together with a wireless digital indicator gauge, the system allows measurement of piezo element travel at different applied voltages and generation of corresponding graphs;
Test plan database with the ability for users to add and modify test plans;
Database for storing injector test results with the ability to generate reports in various formats;
The device can be operated either through the physical control buttons on the unit or via the Windows-based AllDieselSoft software.
