AllDieselBench CR Mini Pro Control Unit

CR Mini PRO control unit is a multifunctional device designed for professional testing, control and diagnostics of solenoid and piezoelectric injectors, as well as fuel pressure regulators used in the fuel systems of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and special-purpose machinery from manufacturers such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, CAT and many others.

Device Overview

The control unit provides diagnostic functions for volumetric fuel delivery, spray pattern and spray intensity, resistance, inductance and capacitance (RLC) measurement, determination of the minimum nozzle needle opening pressure, and hydraulic leak-tightness testing. The device also allows measurement of armature travel, piezo stack travel and resistance, as well as determination of the opening and closing currents of solenoid and piezoelectric diesel injectors.

It can be used as part of a professional diesel test bench, for preliminary testing directly on the vehicle, or independently at a fuel-system specialist’s workstation — for example, on a workbench.
